Project Manager

At XimpleHR we are looking for a Project Manager to join our client. As a PM you will manage a wide variety of software outsourcing projects including Staff Augmentation, Time & Materials and Fix Price Projects. You may also manage other IT projects different from Software Development. This position will interact with the departments of Account Management, PMO, Staffing, Controlling and Administration.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ Years of experience in software outsourcing project management
• Client Oriented
• Budget management
• IT background
• Experience with Agile Methodologies

Desirable requirements:

• Experience in Staff Augmentation, Time & Materials and Fixed Price projects.
• Past Experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Past Experience working in companies
