You'll we be responsible and focused on delivering - atract, select and onboard  - top talent  for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. The candidates will have positive experiences, receive feedback on the status of their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the recruitment process from the advertising stage through to the closing of vacancies
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and social media techniques to identify, source and ultimately hire the best possible candidate for each open position, and establishing a network of talent and resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Conduct first interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate whether they could fit our company’s culture and meet the hiring expectations.
  • Define and Negotiate conditions, salary, benefits, career plan, etc.
  • Interact with local and international HR vendors
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s branding
  • Manage and update salary range for the required positions.
  • Hands on team, willing to jump in wherever necessary - you may be helping out with other initiatives as needed and encouraged to bring new, creative ideas to the table

Your Background

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT, in an agency or corporate environment with demonstrated successes.
  • Successful history of staffing positions at all project levels and experience with all phases and roles of a Software Development Lifecycle
  • Proven track record in recruiting to meet business needs. Ability to change priorities quickly. Ability to manage multiple job requisitions at one time.
  • Excellent communication, both Spanish and English
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment - priorities are constantly shifting and we stay agile to adjust and support our Buenos Aires and Silicon Valley offices with the business needs
  • Familiar with HR topics
  • Strong proficiency using boolean & web-based searching tools
  • Experience using social media tools & techniques
