We are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our client.

Are you ready to join a Company whom assists enterprises on their way to digital transformation and stands behind some of the world's largest Cloud Foundry deployments? They're growing quickly and looking for the right specialist that’s ready to help with the challenge. They've clients all around US and have office in Bs As and Santa Fe. They work collaboratively and provide a lot of freedom and they're looking for people who can work this way. 

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT and within the US/European Market, in an agency or corporate environment with demonstrated successes.
  • Successful history of staffing positions at all project levels and experience with all phases and roles of a Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to change priorities quickly and manage multiple job requisitions at one time.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Upper intermediate/Advanced level required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment - priorities are constantly shifting and we stay agile to adjust and support our Buenos Aires and Silicon Valley offices with the business needs
  • Strong proficiency using boolean & web-based searching tools
  • Experience using social media tools & techniques
  • Expertise working with different Tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099, etc. , visa, compliance, EEO rules and employment terms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the recruitment process from the posting/sourcing stage to the closure of the vacancies.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and social media techniques to identify, source and ultimately hire the best possible candidate for each open position, and establishing a network of talent and resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Conduct first interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate whether they could fit our company’s culture and meet the hiring expectations.
  • Interact with local and international HR vendors
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, and professional experience.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Hands on team, willing to jump in wherever necessary - you may be helping out with other initiatives as needed and encouraged to bring new, creative ideas to the table.
