Backend Developer

We are looking for Backend Developer to join the team of our client.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with Java for Financial services companies
• Technically they are looking for people proficient in at least one of the following languages : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka (Plus)
• SQL and database programming expertise
• Understanding of transactional data.
• Engineers that come from: Banks, payment processing companies,debt collector companies, E-commerce, Creditors, Financial Services.
• Experience with relational databases, such as: (PostgreSQL, MySql)
• Knowledge of Maven, Hibernate, ORM frameworks, and the Spring family of frameworks
• Experience working on AWS is highly desirable
• Able to work in systems with a large volume of data with experience in integrations with APIs from external companies
• Experience in working on Credit Bureau integrations
• Understanding of SQL databases, especially in a transactional product

Responsibilities:

• They will be working directly with the client to work on different modules within the application.They will be working with the different technical leaders on our existing team.
• As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the platform, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to help shape its direction and implement new features.
• You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the system, including:
• Developing complex application software using modern continuous integration tools like JIRA/Git/Jenkins
• Maintaining best practices for code hygiene and health, including test coverage and deployment
• Supporting a robust test framework and architecture, including integration with third parties
• Contributing to documentation of the system
• Helping with troubleshooting and problem solving

English level: Upper intermediate
