Sr Front End Developer

We are looking for a Sr Front End Developer to join our client.

Requirements:

• Two to four years web development experience
• Intellectual curiosity, passion, inventiveness, and a desire to learn and grow
• Mastery with HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript
• A good understanding of usability and visual design
• Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, build tools and responsive web design techniques
• Working experience developing AEM components and layouts using dialogs, clientlibs, and various templating techniques
• Strong familiarity with the CRX and other tools available in the core AEM implementation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Accessibility standards and experience working on their respective implementations
• Experience implementing different analytics solutions in websites
• Positive attitude towards both work and people
• Motivation to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with at least one content management system
• Willingness to mentor and lead junior developers
• A four-year degree or appropriate professional certification is a plus

• Ensuring that all web solutions are fast, secure, and accessible for end users
• Keeping a pulse on emerging technologies and techniques
• Mentoring junior team members
• Presenting work to other departments and clients
• Creating technical documentation and specifications
