Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience as marketing manager in specific industry (Cryptocurrency / Fintech) or at least in technology companies.
• Bilingual English language proficiency
• Marketing or related degree will be valued.
• Passion to connect with current and future customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key RIF stakeholders (strategic leader, product manager, community) to define content for the different audiences in to meet the Business Unit goals.
• Develop RIF content strategy tailored to the different audiences aligned to business unit strategy.
•  Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations, website and social media.
• Find stories and interesting topics for blogs, social and video content relevant for the Business Unit.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
• Ensure brand consistency and community awareness regarding RIF’s value proposition:
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection, exchanges announcements, etc)
• Develop a clear communication strategy for RIF´s products and services.
• Work closely with the PR, Social Media, Digital and events Manager to ensure that the content/value proposition is communicated/distributed in the relevant marketing channels.
• Analyze content performance and translate data into recommendations and plans
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Prepare in advance communications and marketing launch strategies for RIF releases

Location: Montevideo, Uruguay / Remote.

English level: Upper intermediate.
