Senior UX Designer

XimpleHR is seeking a Senior UX Designer to take our user interface skillset to the next level.  The successful candidate will work on complex requirements and create intuitive and consistent design of powerful applications for clients. Candidate will have a strong history of creating valuable and high quality applications and have expert knowledge of UX as part of the system development life cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years working within a software product company, design firm, or consulting firm
• Agile/Scrum trained
• Prototyping experience to an expert level (Axure, InVision, Sketch, or other competing product)
• Understanding of W3C standards
• Previous experience creating site maps and user journeys

Responsibilities: 

• Distillation of qualitative and quantitative feedback in the design process
• Simplifying complex requirements into functional interfaces
• Wireframes for engineering team to build out to working products
• Usability testing management
• Style guide implementation
• Advocating for UX in all new applications as well as legacy applications
• Client and cross-client application design initiatives
• Effective sprint planning and execution (JIRA)
• Estimation ownership for accurately sized work for predictable delivery (JIRA)
• Documentation and communication of deliverables on completion (Confluence)
