Client Success Lead

We're in search of a Client Success Lead to join Laugh, an agency renowned for its deep understanding of the digital landscape and sports fan engagement.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated expertise in the ad tech industry.
• Proficiency in adtech platforms with hands-on experience in a DSP.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in data analysis, client engagement and management, marketing, or hands-on media trading within the advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive activation, project management, and foster strong client relationships while leading cross-functional teams across multiple accounts.
• Ensure accurate translation of client strategy into designated DSP.
• Engage with clients on a daily basis to manage requests, priorities, and overall campaign management.
• Lead team management and facilitate internal communication.
• Ensure adherence to processes and utilization of available tools to optimize operational efficiency.
