Affiliate Specialist

XIMPLEHR is looking for a Affiliate Specialist to join the Media Digital Group team, a company dedicated to the monetization, production and distribution of digital content for Argentina, Latin America and the world.

Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit the best potential affiliates to expand your affiliate network and reach new markets. 
• Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the resources, support and guidance needed to maximize their performance. 
• Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion rates and overall program effectiveness. 
• Campaign Planning: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with their overall business objectives. 
• Commission Structure: Develop and manage commission structures and incentive programs to motivate affiliates and drive results. 
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, program efficiency and other relevant metrics for management and stakeholders to ensure campaign visibility and facilitate decision making. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to implement innovative strategies. 
• Explore DSP research and integration: Conduct in-depth research on various Demand Side Platforms.
