Golang/Node.Js Developer

We are looking for a Golang/Node.js Developer to join our client.

Responsibilities

• Work on systems facilitating sending out of millions of emails, tracking user behavior and supporting our email marketing efforts.
• Build client libraries for our other systems to interface with.
• Use microservices and cloud components to build scalable maintainable systems.
• Integrate with 3rd party Mail Transfer Agents (MTA) solutions.
• Deliver stats to our BI systems, to facilitate the tracking of our KPI’s

Must Have,

• At least 6/7 years of experience in software development
• Extensive experience with Golang or Node.JS and at least one other language: Golang 3y+ or Node.JS 6y+
• Experience implementing high traffic applications (with hundreds of transactions per second)
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Google cloud, AWS)
• Knowledge of MySQL on senior level (as a developer)
• Knowledge of design patterns

Nice to have,

• Experience with PHP is a huge plus
• Knowledge of Email servers is a big plus
• Experience with Docker or Nginx
• Knowledge of microservices architectures
• Knowledge of Linux/Bash on senior level
• Knowledge of messaging solutions (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
