We´re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our client company, technology consulting firm focused on digital and enterprise commerce solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psicology, Human Resources whit Background IT
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to change and different scenarios.
- This person needs to be able to show quick results and provide clear understanding to stakeholders of metrics and actions needed to meet the department’s goal.
- English Level: Upper Intermediate - Advanced
Responsabilites:
- Owner of the recruitment process: CV screening, screening of first interview, tech interview coordination, support for any senior engineer during the process.
- Sourcing strategy creation and implementation
- Post on different sourcing channels and job boards
- Ability to take draw strategies and take action when strategy shifts are needed
- Market mapping and hiring proposals according to market needs
- Branding proposals creation as employer branding (for example, best place to code and other initiatives)
- Support HR associate in employee coaching for internal interviews (including resume creation and adaptation)
English Level: Upper Intermediate - Advanced
