CTO

We are looking for CTO to join the team of our client, a Regional company with great social impact.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of technical leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of leading platform and data warehouse implementations. 
• Experience leading remote teams. 
• Excellent English and Spanish communications skills both written and spoken. 
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing will be very appreciated.

Responsabilities:

• Develop, communicate, and implement the digital transformation and data strategic plan, in support of an integrated, innovative, cost-effective technology suite.Guide technology decisions, including, but not limited to hardware, software, infrastructure, staffing, services, and support. 
• Lead a global, diverse technology delivery and support teams. Develop talent, create high employee experience, support career growth and mobility, and promote a diverse and inclusive culture 
• Identify and assess new technologies and applications to determine potential value; promote technology strategies that enhance the organization's performance and competitive advantage.
