Trading Lead

We are looking for a Trading Lead to join Laugh, an agency that perfectly understands the digital world and the sports consumption of fans. 

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience and capabilities in the industry
• Either experience with data analysis, marketing or hands-on media trading in the marketing or advertising industry
• Worked with a team and managed
• Understanding of AdTech platforms and have had hands on experience with a DSP
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience on MS excel and Power Point

Responsibilities:

• Team management and Communication. 
• Connecting daily with the Specialists to support them on successful execution of their responsibilities. 
• Error free campaign activation and management, optimizations, reporting and troubleshooting. 
• Ensure team is following processes and using all available tools 
• Work with the MM, Hub Trading team and Clients to manage client requests and priorities 
• Ensure client requests are translated to the Hub Trading team 
• Ensure work from the Hub Trading team meets the MM standards and client requirements 
• Communicate proactively and openly with Hub team and MM team and Client 
• Communicate campaign insights, analysis and recommendations through email, PowerPoint presentations and live conversations o Lead account documentation Analysis and Reporting. 
• Conduct and deliver Post Campaign Analysis with data driven Insights 
• Advanced analysis concept development and execution 
• Advanced knowledge on all MM tools and constant update on new features 
• Provide feedback on product team 
• Advanced knowledge of all available Analytical tools o Share knowledge and train new team members 
• Train Self Service Clients on MM platform
