Trading Specialist

We are looking for a Trading Specialist to join Laugh, an agency that perfectly understands the digital world and the sports consumption of fans.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in either data analysis, marketing or hands-on trading (media or not)
- Understanding of AdTech platforms and have had hands on exposure with a DSP, a data analysis platform, or any other trading platform
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience on MS excel and Power Point
Responsibilities:
- End to end, error free campaign activation and management o Optimal campaign setup bases on media plans
- Campaign QA (Managed and Self Service)
- Bulk Update Optimizations to ensure budget delivery and performance across campaigns
- Daily Trader Protocol
- Weekly advanced optimizations by leveraging all targeting capabilities and available reporting
- Provide ideas for new tests
- Provide Optimization recommendations for Self-service clients
- Supply Management
- PMP creation and activation o Supply Path Optimisation
- Troubleshooting entities to unblock spend and drive performance.
- Follow advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and solve issues on managed and self-service activities
- Analysis and Reporting.
- Automated and Ad Hoc Reporting Requests
- Conduct and deliver Post Campaign Analysis with data driven
- Advanced Platform knowledge and constant update on new features o Understand, apply and develop Best Practices Advanced knowledge of all available Analytical tools
- Share knowledge and support with trainings of new team members o Deliver platform Demos to clients and internal teams
- Use all available tracking systems to document work outputs
- Provide updates to the Team Lead and Client as required
- Efficiently and effectively communicate campaign insights, analysis and recommendations through email, PowerPoint presentations and live conversations
