Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Laugh Media, an agency that perfectly understands the digital world and connect brands and fans.
Requirements:
- A desire to start a career in sales, particularly in the digital marketing or ad tech industry.
- No prior experience required, though any internships or previous roles in customer service, sales, or marketing are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication English skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and emailing potential clients.
- An eagerness to learn about programmatic advertising and digital marketing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Research and Generation:
- Identify potential clients within the creative and tech sectors through online tools, databases, and social media.
- Lead Generation:
- Qualify new leads based on their interest in innovative programmatic advertising solutions.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to introduce Laugh's programmatic DSP tailored for creative campaigns.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings or demos between potential clients and the sales team for further discussions. Coordinate with senior sales representatives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads. Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest in our DSP but need further information or nurturing.
- Learning and Development:
- Gain knowledge in DSP technology, programmatic advertising, and creative digital marketing solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall lead generation strategies. Assist in marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and outreach efforts. Provide input to improve outreach strategies and messaging to better engage potential clients
