Media Laugh, in collaboration with XimpleHR, is seeking a data-driven Client Operations Specialist to join their Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of Media Laugh's products and client relationships, managing hundreds of campaigns annually, and providing essential insights, campaign management, and platform performance optimization.

Coordinate and implement assigned campaigns, emphasizing quality to maintain strong partnerships and successful client outcomes.
Manage client requests and issue resolution flows via Salesforce and the Experience Cloud Portal.
Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign setup, strategic planning, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Develop deep expertise in core products and managed accounts to effectively handle operational responsibilities.
Provide exceptional operational support to facilitate product understanding, evaluation, and adoption.
Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics to ensure timely campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed performance analyses to support strategic business decisions and improve operational processes.
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing pre/post-sales operations or a similar role.
Experience working with Ad Agencies, DSPs, DMPs, and Ad Servers.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous AdOps experience.
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build sustainable partnerships across organizational levels.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying, management, and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with the mobile industry and geospatial technologies is preferred.
