SweatWorks is currently seeking a passionate and experienced iOS Developer to join their talented mobile creative team. This fully remote, full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality mobile solutions for clients globally, with working hours aligned to Eastern Time.

Role:

The iOS Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, testing, and releasing advanced mobile applications. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and help foster an environment of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS applications.

  • Automate and streamline compilation, continuous integration (CI), testing, packaging, and distribution processes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve build-related issues, compilation errors, and unit test failures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, define, and launch new features.

  • Promote and enforce best practices to enable efficient and rapid feature development while maintaining product stability and quality.

  • Configure and enhance software systems, including version control, code reviews, performance monitoring, and system analysis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 3+ years of dedicated iOS development experience.

  • Proven experience developing and publishing two or more apps on the Apple App Store.

  • Strong expertise in Objective-C and Swift.

  • Solid experience working with iOS frameworks, including HealthKit, Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.

  • Experience with Apple Health and watchOS development.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of mobile architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing Linux-based distributions and packaging.

  • Familiarity with build tools like Make, CMake, Gradle, Maven, or Bazel.

  • Experience using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments supporting multiple projects.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred), though extensive professional experience and demonstrated achievements will be highly valued.
