The Junior Sales Manager is a revenue-owning role focused on selling digital marketing and advertising solutions to education-focused vendors and brands. This position is designed as a growth role for an early-career sales professional who wants hands-on experience owning deals, managing pipeline, and learning the full sales cycle in a fast-growing environment.
This role is responsible for generating pipeline and closing smaller to mid-sized deals with homeschool-focused educational vendors and advertisers that want to reach verified homeschool families across the U.S.markets.
The role carries a clear performance-based path to promotion into a Senior Sales Manager position.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Exposure to digital marketing, media, or advertising.
- Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or education-related products is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Comfortable using CRM tools and learning structured sales processes.
- Results-driven and comfortable owning revenue.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to grow into a senior sales role.
- Thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, timing, and fit.
- Actively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Maintain consistent activity levels to support quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead sales pitches for our client marketing services, including email, programmatic, and paid social.
- Build proposals and pricing recommendations using existing frameworks.
- Collaborate internally to ensure proposals align with delivery and operational capabilities.
- Support advertiser onboarding after deal close and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Participate in client calls when needed for scoping, clarification, or introductions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams; participate in regular internal syncs.
Location: Hybrid (remote with once a week in our Colegiales, Buenos Aires office)
