They're working with a new project: an award-winning global firm. This organization provides strategic and technological support to the world’s leading brands. Digital & Media division is seeking a Media Specialist. (Ssr / Sr) to join the team, offering a high-impact role within an accelerating international environment

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize international campaigns across Search, Social, and Display channels for clients in diverse industries. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the Account Director on onboarding new clients, building strategies, and driving measurable results.

This role is designed to give you the skills and exposure to progress into an Account Manager role.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social (travel, retail, or financial services a plus).
  • Experience managing medium-to-large budgets and accounts.
  • Proficiency with:
  • Google Ads (certification a plus)
  • Facebook Ads (Blueprint a plus)
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables) 
  • Plus strong Power Point/Word skills
  • Bonus: Basic HTML or SQL  
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and collaborating across teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure.
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with account managers and directors to design campaign structures on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display platforms.
  • Copywriting and testing ad copy, refining keyword strategies, and optimizing placements to maximize return on investment.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs to uncover actionable insights and guide optimizations.
  • Delivering timely and accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports.
  • Communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Share clear updates on campaign results and project progress.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Financial and process management
  • Meet client and internal deadlines while ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during campaign execution.
  • Industry knowledge and growth
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in media, platforms, and the industry, and share them with clients and the team.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by preparing presentations and supporting proposals.

 

Location: Hybrid (remote with once a week in our Colegiales, Buenos Aires office)
