Medialaugh is hiring a Senior Media Specialist to support a U.S.-based organization that partners with leading global brands across strategy, analytics, digital media, and technology.
The mission is to create measurable competitive advantage through the integrated use of media, data, advanced analytics, technology, content, and customer experience.
This role sits within the Digital & Media division and focuses on managing and optimizing international Paid Media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Search (Google Ads), complemented by Social and Display channels.
The position offers strong exposure to strategy, client interaction, and a growth path toward an Account Manager role.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media
- Strong experience in Paid Search (Google Ads) – priority channel
- Experience in Paid Social (Meta Ads)
- Experience managing medium-to-large budgets
- Exposure to international clients or global teams is a plus
Technical Skills
- Google Ads (Expert level preferred)
- Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), with the ability to:
- - Analyze campaign performance
- - Understand traffic, conversions, and channel behavior
- - Translate data into actionable insights
- Excel (advanced) – VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables
- Experience working with dashboards:
- - Power BI
- - Looker / Data Studio
- (ability to navigate and interpret data is key, not necessarily to build from scratch)
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design campaign structures across Google Ads (Search-focused), Meta Ads, and Display platforms.
- Develop and test ad copy, refine keyword strategies, and optimize placements.
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI-focused execution.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs to identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance report
- Interpret campaign performance and provide a clear view of:
- - Traffic trends
- - Conversion performance
- - Channel contribution and sources
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear updates on campaign performance and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Participate in client calls and present insights in English
Financial & Process Management
- Ensure deadline compliance and financial accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues efficiently
Industry Insights & Growth
- Stay current on platform and industry trends
- Support new business initiatives and pitch preparation
Location: Hybrid (remote with once a week in our Colegiales, Buenos Aires office)
